Just a few of the lovely Droimeann calves that have been born on the farm over the last few weeks. They’ve been getting plenty of attention from visitors lately, and we can’t say we blame them, they’re a cute bunch altogether!

The Droimeann is one of Ireland’s native cattle breeds and was once on the verge of disappearing altogether. Thanks to the dedication of farmers and breeders around the country, the breed has made a fantastic comeback over the years.

We’re delighted to be doing our bit to help promote and preserve this special Irish breed, and even more delighted to see so many healthy Droimeann calves thriving here on the farm. 🇮🇪
