Can you believe we’re already halfway through the summer sailing season here at Kenmare Bay Sailing Club?

It’s been a fantastic few months on the water — from sunny evenings (and not so sunny evenings) with perfect wind for our races, recreational sessions, and junior camps. Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or new to the helm, it’s been amazing seeing so many of you out enjoying the bay.

There’s still plenty more to come — sailing and social evenings! If you haven’t joined us yet, now’s the perfect time. Let’s make the second half of the season even better than the first!

A new season sets sail at Kenmare Bay Sailing Club.

Calling all sailors and sea-lovers, Kenmare Bay Sailing Club are thrilled to announce the beginning of another exciting year. As the tides return and the breeze picks up, it’s time to hoist the sails and head back out onto the beautiful waters of Kenmare Bay.

Whether you are a seasoned sailor or just getting your sea legs, they welcome all experience levels to join them for a season full of camaraderie, casual sailing, and friendly competition.

If you would like to chat with a club member stop by Star Outdoor pier on a Thursday evening at 5:30pm, when they are rigging the boats. Bring your enthusiasm, your sunscreen, and your love for the sea, they can’t wait to see familiar faces and welcome new ones aboard!
