This week’s SOR awards recognised two individuals for their positive contributions to safety and site culture.

Marie Walshe received an SOR award in recognition of her positive contribution to the Knockrabo Phase 2 site.

Alongside carrying out her role with care and diligence, Marie consistently helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone onsite. Her kindness, approachability and ability to connect with colleagues from all backgrounds reflect the strong sense of teamwork and community we value at Conack.

Also recognised was Eoin Donovan, Supervisor with Owers Electrical, for his excellent safety leadership at Marina Depot in Cork. Well done to Eoin for demonstrating the importance of speaking up, taking action and always putting safety first.

Congratulations to Dermot Danaher of NCH Crane Hire and Ingars Karklins of Willis Steel, who were recognised with Safety Awards for their outstanding contribution on site. Dermot was recognised for his positive attitude towards safety, his friendly approach, and the great energy he brings to site every day.

Ingars was recognised for his diligent work with safety documentation on HammerTech, his strong safety-first mindset, and his skilled banksman experience.

Well done to both for helping maintain a safe, positive and professional working environment.
