*NEW TIMETABLE*

For those asking about our updated morning timetable for our adult training members 💪🏾

*SGPT - our small group PT offers a the benefits of group training and personal training at a fraction of the cost. If you're worried about not being able for the level of a large group class, this is perfect for you. It's programmed for the group but the coach leading the session will be able to tailor the session to suit you. The main focus of these sessions will be on building strength and becoming comfortable using the gym

*Metcon - A circuit style conditioning session to get the hear rate up and get a bit of a sweat on. These sessions will also be kept to small numbers to ensure that we can cater for the entire group.

One of the main issues with most gyms and classes is that larger classes reduce the ability for coaches to individualise the session and it's easy to get lost.

At as much as possible we're keeping you at the centre of all of our sessions so that you feel you are getting the most amount from your time and effort.

All of our sessions are 45 minutes long which is plenty of time to get some high quality work in 💪🏾
