Healy Partners Architects are delighted to announce that Dexcom Stadium has been awarded “Building Project of the Year” at the Irish Building & Design Awards 2026.
Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering this exceptional project.

Healy Partners Architects worked with Conack on the delivery of this landmark sports development for Connacht Rugby at Dexcom Stadium.
Acting as Delivery Architects within Conack Construction’s Design & Build team, we supported the successful coordination and delivery of the overall project, including the North Stand, High Performance Centre, and associated site and enabling works.
This complex project was delivered through a highly collaborative team approach, working closely with the wider design team and specialist contractors.

1BQ’s 9 storey tower provides 82,000sqft of open plan office space with views of the city and across the River Shannon. Glass facades are interspersed with perforated panels echoing the architecture of surrounding buildings. The Residence 1BQ comprises 34 luxury apartments located above ground in a 7 storey brick building.
