Breakfast meeting in the Castletroy Park Hotel this morning for the official opening of the hotels conference and meeting spaces.
Opened by Donnacha Hurley of Limerick Chamber, this significant investment by the SO hotel group in Limerick demonstrates the economic value of business events locally and regionally.
This view was underpinned by Pat McDonagh, owner of SO hotels Ireland, and it was a pleasure to listen to his acknowledgement that Limerick, and specifically the Castletroy Park Hotel, is a lighthouse project for the group.
Having organised a successful event in the Chuck Feeney Suite in March this year,
