Seen here in these two posts are two recent jobs we have taken over. Both customers have previously had underground gate automation systems fitted, a brilliant system once fitted correctly.
Both of these sites suffer with flooding / lodging water at their entrance.
When these ground boxes were installed previously, there was no underground drainage pipes installed to allow for the water to escape once it enters the motor boxes.
Resulting in the motor giving up and needing replacing and leading to other issues with the control board due to the water not being able to escape and damaging the system.
As seen now, both of these sites have finish tarmac driveways meaning we could not take out the ground boxes to try replace and fix.
So the Hydraulic Arms system was installed to eliminate and by pass the old existing troublesome system.
Both customers now have their Gate Automation fully functioning with no reoccurring issues now or in the future.
