Come and see our concert tonight in Irish Chamber Orchestra Studio in University Limerick. We are so proud of all our young singers and the hard work they have put in over their intensive week with us.

Included in the programme we have Ceann Dubh Dílis, which is sure to be a crowd favourite. This timeless Irish love song is packed with emotion, telling a story of love, loyalty and longing through gorgeous melodies and rich harmonies.

Our singers have been working so hard throughout the week to bring this programme to life. Under the title of "Nós na...", we have a wide array of music from different parts of the world.

The first piece we would like to highlight is Hotaru Koi, a traditional Japanese song inspired by fireflies lighting up a summer night, arranged by Ro Ogura. This energetic piece may be short and sweet, but it packs a magical punch and transports the audience to a new place.

We are delighted to have Patrick Barrett as the new Creative Director for our Irish Youth Choir (18-25) and we can't wait to see the excitement and energy he brings to this week's gorgeous programme!

After our beautiful first concert in Limerick last night, we are in Dublin doing final polishing on what has been an incredible programme for our young singers.

Finally, under the theme of Celebration, we have I Sing Because I'm Happy by American composer Rollo Dilworth. This piece has been a firm favourite all week, between staff and singers alike! And we have no doubt our audience are going to love it too!
