Jamie McIntyre started out playing in pubs in Galway. In 2024, the singer was selected by Gavin James to support him in Paris on his European tour, which also led to him working with Imelda May and performing at Electric Picnic. That summer, he wrote an ode to his home county “Over Galway Town” which became a viral sensation. A sold out debut run of shows across Ireland and the UK rounded off 2025 and 2026 has followed that trajectory.

Live At The Castle in King John’s Castle, is in the heart of medieval Limerick City. The Historic places transforms into a Live Music Concert Venue. King John's Castle is a 13th-century castle located on King’s Ireland in Limerick, Ireland, next to the Ricer Shannon although the site dates back to 922 when the Vikings lived on the Island, the castle itself was built on the orders of King John in 1200. One of the best preserved Norman castles in Europe, the walls, towers and fortifications remain today. The remains of a Viking settlement were uncovered during archaeological excavations at the site in 1900.
