Irish Running Camp

We are looking at maybe changing the format of the camp. But we need your help. Feel free to answer any question or post your own thoughts.

Should we have an adult train and tour session?
Should we have a college training session?
Should we have to just a shortened training session? All thoughts are welcomed.

Smyth cruises into 200m final Paralympic Games:Jason Smyth, the fastest Paralympian on the planet, was again untouchable when he returned to the track this morning. The 100 metres gold medallist and world record holder is the red-hot favourite for the 200m and the Derry sprinter did not disappoint in the heats.

We want to send out a great big cheer to Joe Cunningham coach of Ireland's Para Olympic rowing team and a member of the IRC family.
