New Traveller-led resources launched to support families across the Mid West

The East Limerick Traveller Project was proud to support the launch of a new suite of Traveller-led substance use awareness resources, developed by members of the Traveller community from Limerick, Cork and North Tipperary.

The campaign aims to encourage open conversations around substance use and recovery, while raising awareness of the family support services available across the region.

As part of the launch, Crystal Ward from the East Limerick Primary Healthcare Project acted as MC and later joined Jim Finn, Chair of the Mid West Regional Drug and Alcohol Forum, on Live 95's Limerick Today to discuss the importance of Traveller-led initiatives and community collaboration in improving access to support.
