For Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, it helps create spaces that empower people to live with greater confidence and independence.

Recently, The Irish Guide Dogs unveiled a newly refurbished Independent Living Skills Kitchen at its Cork Training Centre, supported by H&MV Engineering. Designed with accessible features and adaptive technologies, the facility provides hands-on training that helps people who are vision impaired develop essential life skills and greater autonomy. It's a powerful example of the impact that extends far beyond event day.

As we gear up for the 8th Annual H&MV Charity Cycle this September, we're reminded that every fundraiser, every participant, and every supporter contributes to something bigger. Together, we've raised more than €350,000 since the cycle began, helping organisations deliver life-changing services and support.

H&MV Engineering is proud to have been awarded the RoSPA Gold Award.

Senior HSE Advisor, Lisa Kavanagh, accepted the award on behalf of the H&MV Engineering team at the awards ceremony.

Receiving this year's RoSPA Gold Award is a significant milestone for H&MV Engineering and reflects the commitment, professionalism, and dedication of our teams in continually strengthening our health, safety, and wellbeing culture.

While we are incredibly proud of this achievement, we know that safety is about far more than recognition. It's about the decisions we make every day, looking out for one another, learning from experience, and continuously striving to improve.

Thank you to our HSE Department and to everyone across H&MV Engineering whose commitment to safety has made this award possible. Together, we remain focused on maintaining the highest standards and ensuring that everyone goes home safe, every day.
