First spin out for the food truck and what a way to start it 🙌

We took our maiden voyage to the Hill of Uisneach for the Bealtaine Fire Festival, a really special place. There’s something powerful about being on land with so much history behind it, a place long known as the heart of Ireland, where people have gathered for generations to mark this time of year.

To be part of an event like that for our very first outing felt fairly special.

Still buzzing after a savage weekend, great craic, lovely people, and plenty of grub served up along the way.

Massive thanks to everyone who stopped by for a bite, a chat, or a bit of support. It means the world to a small setup like ours.

I'm buzzing to finally share with you that we are coming to Uisneach Bealtaine Fire Festival this year!

We will have the food truck on site serving up our back yard smash burgers and a veggie shawarma all day Saturday!

Sunday we're doing a special breakfast menu to get everyone fueled up before the journey home.

Today's menu.

Throwing out some free smashers for the early birds.

Double Smash.

Our backyard burger, perfected over many a BBQ and now available to you. A bit of a boujee burger sauce, Dijon based and punchy, a tangy homemade burger relish, sweet red onion and cheddar.

Crispy Kebab.

Grilled Chicken Thigh, house hot sauce and homemade garlic toum, sumac onions, pickles and then grilled until crispy.

We are delighted to announce the first of a few summer pop ups at The Old Stand, Mullingar. To celebrate, this Sunday we are throwing a party - We will have the grill goin' from 2pm all day in the beer garden giving out some free smash burgers in the sun!

There will be tunes throughout the day and evening from Paulie, Badger and Sandi.

3. Taco (Liamo's recipe) - Barbaco Beef. Mint & Cucumber Guac. Pineapple & Chili Salsa. Coriander.

4. Burrito - Cochinita Pibil Pulled Pork. Avocado Crema. Lime & Butter Rice. Black Beans. Diced Onion. Coriander.

Hey everyone! Some news, I have just confirmed a venue for our first summer pop up in Mullingar📍

The support for this so far has been unbelievably sound, all the shares, likes and kind messages really mean a lot!

To say thanks we are going to throw a bit of a party for our first pop up, I'm going to give away some free smash burgers on the day and there will be live music and tunes throughout the day and evening.

We will be announcing the venue and date soon, keep an eye on the page!

We create custom menus designed for your guests - specialising in everything from smash burgers & shawarma to tacos, burritos & grilled meats.

We source all our beef locally from James Maguire & Sons Family Butchers in Mullingar.

Only 100% Irish chuck beef goes into all our burgers.
