Gyms are closed & it's almost impossible to get our hands on home equipment... So for a lot of us, it's body weight workouts for a while 🤷♀️
Body weight training can be super beneficial, when performed correctly!!! One movement we often see performed poorly are - Press-Ups 🙌

Usually when I'm working with my dancers, we have a very clear goal, with a very specific timeline ⏳
As a coach this makes my job nice & straight-forward - structure our programme so that you will peak for the specific event 💪
At the moment, we are in limbo - we don't know exactly when our next championship is going to be, we don't an exact timeline/goal we are working towards.... My advice?
Use this time to get as fit & as strong as you possibly can over the next few months, so when we are back in full competitive mode, you are primed & ready to hit the ground running 🏋️♀️
