Government see fit to reduce the hospitality VAT rate to 9% down from 13.5%. It's too late for some, others struggle on, bigger profile cafes like the one below aren't hanging around. 9% rate doesn't come into effect until July 2026. I fear more won't hang around. Sad really. Too little too late, and then there's a wait.
