Shoulder injury of a boxer who has the european championship coming up.. 🥊 ⁣

Before (left).. he had limited movement and limited strength within the shoulder joint before the pain got too bad.. as you can see by the picture, it wasn’t a lot..⁣

After (right).. over 50% more movement and strength in the space of 20 minutes.. we released the trigger points around the shoulder and got fresh blood flowing to the area.. ⁣
⁣
Obviously not 100% healed but we are on the right track... ⁣
⁣
