Since 2018, I've tried to do at least one physical challenge per year that scares me in aid of a charity.

2020, 2021 & 2022 put a hold on these plans (I think you know why).

2023 saw some challenges that required some reevaluation. Now for 2024 I plan to pick things back up and partake in the 170km Ring of Kerry Ireland Cycle in aid of the Ring of Kerry Cycle fund (money raised will go to the events chosen charities).

This will be the longest distance and time I've ever spent in the saddle. 🚵‍♂️🚲🚵‍♂️.

Cycling as well as any physical exercise is great for mental and physical health and the Ring of Kerry cycle is an annual iconic cycling event with amazing Irish coastal views. please support if you can.
