I don’t even know where to start on this one but I will try...

We started pretty well and had the better chances with Nuggets chip over the keeper just missing the bar and a few situations we should have done better in. We then went ahead through Parchy after a Nuggets assist on 20mins.
It was all level on 25mins when a neat 1/2 by Marks lead to a shot trickling in.
Half time 1-1 and Marks the slightly better side tbf
2nd half is one to forget from every player involved.
Marks went 2-1 up on 50mins when a free kick wasn’t held and they were first to follow up.
We then missed two tap in through Bennis who would normally bury them before Marks went 3-1 up with another soft goal.
We had a good chance through a Fran header before Marks went 4-1 on 70mins with another soft goal and mix up.
Nuggets it the bar with a free kick before Parchy scores a worldy to give us hope on 75.
We went 5-1 down on 77 with the only goal I can’t blame our back 5 on.
The referee got mixed in the play by mistake, first deflecting the ball to the offside Marks player and then he ran into our covering defender, taking him out. Goal stood 🤷🏽‍♂.

In truth though it wasn’t on the ref as to why we lost, it was on ourselves with only Parchy, Richie and sub Darren having any credit in the game at all.

Home game next week and in serious danger of the season fizzling our before an Xmas jumper has even been worn!
