I am a professional massage therapist and Neal’s Yard Remedies skincare consultant offering personalised treatments to help with problems from aches and pains, lack of energy to troubled sleep. Each session is unique and aims to leave you de-stressed, relaxed and with improved sleep as well as lifestyle advice and support to maintain your wellbeing at home.
Covid-19 has changed our way to work, live and communicate. Though I cannot see my clients, I am dedicated to continue helping you virtually as much as I can.

You cannot get a massage from a professional so I encourage you all to self-massage. Massage, your face, neck, feet, hands whether when you wash your face, take a shower, watch TV. Don't overthink it, just do what feels good. You cannot go wrong.

About me, Alice Walrawens
About 6 years ago I started a quest : to find balance, mentally and physically. I always had a bad skin, suffer from heavy rosacea for 5 years, had muscle aches, mood swings and so on. I had to do something about it. So I started looking into nutrition, yoga, reading on Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, I went to physio, Chiro, homeopath, Chinese healers, massage therapist, dermatologist and I can’t even think of all the different therapies and solution I have looked into and tried.
Ultimately, in the process of finding balance I have become a NYR consultant, studied massage and certified as a holistic and sport massage therapist. This is a way to learn something for myself while being able to share and give to others. I am still far from finding my quest, but I will take you along and share what I learn and discover.
Why Neal’s Yard Remedies
I discovered NYR by chance and at the time, I wanted to do something different, for myself towards a healthier lifestyle. I have been attracted immediately by the history of NYR, the ingredients, the mindset of the owners and the way they manage their independent consultant program. I have done so many training, learned so much about skin, skincare, ingredients, chemicals, social media etc and still am. Leaders are amazing and inspiring. I am using solely these products for my facials.
During Covid-19, I organise virtual pampering parties. Join your besties on zoom or else with a glass of your preferred beverage and I will be presenting you the brand, advise you on skincare routine to best match your skin type and will cover any specific topic you may be interested in.
