Meet Carmen 💙

For over 10 years, Carmen has been rescuing surplus food through FoodCloud and proving that good food should never go to waste.

At Bunclody Further Education and Training Centre, surplus ingredients become hands-on learning opportunities, where traditional cooking skills, food preservation and creative ways to use every last ingredient are passed on to the next generation 🍅✨

This September, Carmen is launching Granny’s Kitchen, a series of practical cookery courses celebrating traditional recipes, preserving techniques and making the most of the food we have.
