It's your job to update and maintain information on our computer systems and you’re passionate about helping people and fancy a job that’s full of job satisfaction.

Skills you'll need include:
Computer literacy
An ability to work to deadlines
An ability to work fast (but without mistakes)
Good attention to detail
Friendly and tactful personality

It's an important role as information in these systems is only valuable if it is accurate, up to date and useable. Dealing with customer queries and questions (as well as the odd complaint), you’ll help resolve any issues or suggest suitable alternatives, and all with a smile.

Fluent/native English is a must and having your own transport is an advantage.

We are located in the Tullamore area and looking for both part time and full time staff for this position.
