ADVENT CALANDER 2025 - Day 1.

We used to live near a family of Gonks, they have travelled the world and settled near and far. They are having a family reunion this Christmas and their favourite food is CHEESE.

They have all agreed to bring something different to the table and so we will be telling you what cheese each of them are bringing and what they are going to pair it with. Promises to be a great party.

This is Mac, he has been living in Mauritania, his name means Son Of, and he is bringing a wheel of Mossfield Mediterranean cheese. This cheese is a ‘son of’ their Farmhouse cheese.

Mediterranean Cheese is a beautiful creamy Gouda style cheese with flavour you’d associate with the Mediterranean, one of our most popular cheese. It is made with organic cows milk from the lush green pastures of Clareen, Co Offaly.

Mac is also bringing some of Cêline’s Homemade Cooking Christmas Chutney, a dry Rose bottle of wine and some olives.
