Along with naturopathy, astrology has always been a deep passion of mine. I had my first astrology reading in 2004 and since then it's always been a hobby but this year I finally felt the call to start studying it properly so thar I can read charts. It's been medicine in my life over the last 21 years and I would love to be able to gift people the same medicine that I have received. It's such a beautiful window into our soul and a good reading gives us full permission to be ourselves!
For Dec and Jan I am offering mini 30 minute readings for €33. The session will be recorded via zoom and during this time we will explore your unique character, gifts, talents and life lesson. We will also look at current transits to make it practical.

Astrology is an ally for these times of transition and great change ✨️
I've been seeing an astrologer since I was 16. To be honest I don't think I'd be here without astrology. My path wasn't linear. I didn't fit into a box infact I am here to burn the box and I have been forced to trust and surrender to the great unknown BUT it was having a higher perspective from the lens of astrology that was soul medicine and confirmation that it's all OK. Even though I may not fully understand my path I'm exactly where I'm meant to be and this has brought me peace and reassurance many times over as it's all in my chart.
I've been skeptical throughout the years and wary not to give my power away to these planets and yet tracking the themes of each new and full moon I couldn't deny the patterns that showed up in my reality and friends, it was beyond a coincidence to see these energies playing out in our lives.
This ancient science of at least 4000 years old is real and it's here to help us understand our soul, to remind us why we're here and to give us permission to FULLY BE OURSELVES, quirks & all.
By delving deep into our chart we can understand ourselves & transform our shadow. It brings compassion to ourselves & others. It is medicine for the soul & a good reading can bring deep peace as you feel so seen. There are themes, patterns & cycles, astrology highlights these & is a science of divine timing.
I've had many astrology readings but this book is a masterpiece. has been doing this for 50 years. She's a master who combines astrology with psychotherapy and she's here to teach us how to fall in love with ourselves. She has the ability to translate a science that's very complex into simple language that hits your heart & body so that you truly FEEL it.
I recommend reading this book for anyone wanting to know themselves on a deeper level. It's such a gift and she is on many podcasts on YouTube where she shares her elder wisdom. True elders are few and far between these days but she shines bright in her authenticity as a woman who has come to love herself deeply and show us how to do the same 💗

If you want to get healthy you NEED to remove seed oils from your diet. They are one of the most devastating 'foods' that have been introduced into our modern diet in the last 100 years.
These oils should be nowhere near our human body. They were used as machine lubricant until companies realised they could make money and repackage them as a 'healthier' alternative to animal fats. They clog up the body and are completely toxic to it causing inflammation and all sorts of disease.
We have evolved as a species on saturated fats from animals and our body and brain need them. Saturated fat is what our hormones are made from and one of the most criminal lies we've been sold is the low fat movement and that saturated fat causes heart disease. It has been proven it does not!
Eat butter, tallow, duck fat, lard, ghee and the plant oils like olive, coconut and avocado. Throw the seed oils in the bin. Your body will thank you, your cycles will regulate, you'll feel satiated and full when they're eaten with protein and your mental health will improve. Most women are completely deficient in good fats!
Check ingredients as they're in everything, especially loads of vegan foods like pestos, hummus and plant milks
