V4 Training is running 2 x MX Training weekends in Vernonmount, Cork
6th and 7th November
4th and 5th December 
• Start Time 10am
• Bike and Rider set up
• 15min Track warm up
• Drills
• Lunch
• Drills
• Sprint laps
• Finish 4pm
Vernon Mount never fails to be a day for fun and learning more skills for all ages so PM to secure a booking, places are already filling up fast.
