We literally are losing stones in my Friday morning class, see the wonderful Mary who’s lost 4st and amazing Miriam who’s heading towards losing 9st, incredible weight loss incredible members, but as well as that we have so much fun every Friday morning come along and be part of my losing team, St Peter’s Parish Centre little Bray every Friday 9-10am loads of free parking outside!
