Nazareth is not just another stop in the Holy Land; it is the place where the history of salvation finds its great beginning.

In the Grotto of the Annunciation, beneath the altar, an inscription reminds us that “here the Word became flesh,” recalling the moment when Mary received the angel’s announcement and responded with trust to a call that would change her life and history 🙏

Later, in that same land, Jesus lived a simple life for years, in a home, in a family, always accompanied by the presence of God.

To visit Nazareth is to return to the beginning, to the place where God enters history through Mary’s trust 🤍

Nazaret no es solo una parada más en Tierra Santa. es el lugar donde la historia de la salvación contempla su gran comienzo.

En la gruta de la Anunciación, bajo el altar, una inscripción nos dice que “”aquí el Verbo se hizo carne””, recordando el momento en que María recibió el anuncio del ángel y respondió con confianza a una llamada que cambiaría su vida y la historia 🙏

Después, en esa misma tierra, Jesús vivió durante años una vida sencilla, en una casa, en una familia, y siempre en presencia de Dios.

Visitar Nazaret es volver al comienzo, al lugar donde Dios entra en la historia a través del SÍ de María 🤍
