1. Primary Role

Leading the SW validation team, you will manage 5-7 engineers who verify the SW and Motion control parts across different products.
The team has a direct and essential impact on the product line's success in shipping out bug-free products and gaining new business.
This position involves managerial responsibilities, such as managing the ex*****on of the team’s tasks with the highest quality, developing the team personnel, and creating a high-performance team focused on results and drive for ex*****on.
The job also requires knowledge of building and maintaining automatic testing systems using Microsoft Azure environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing an effective test strategy, QA process, and procedures for the company’s products.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and managing the day-to-day activities of QA team members.
• Analyze requirement specifications, define tests accordingly, supervise, and conduct test ex*****on.
• Lead the process of defining, designing, and maintaining the Automation framework and tests.
• Analyze, document, and track issues and defects during the QA life cycle.
• Participate in the technical design, development, and testing of new features and products.
• Reflect product maturity status to management based on well-defined KPIs
• Coordinate with other departments in the company for best practices for testing implementations

3. Requirements

• 3+ years of QA & automation management experience - Must!
• Strong technical skills in complex systems (HW, SW, FPGA)
• Strong background in automation testing methodology and tools (DevOps)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
• Understanding and experience in agile Methodology- an advantage
• Background or experience in servo systems/robotics - an advantage
• English Proficient in oral and writing

• In-depth knowledge of STP, RSTP, HSRP, VRRP, and LACP protocols.
• Initiative and personal responsibility.
• High oral and written expression skills in English - a must.
• High self-study ability.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently under pressure
