UNIQA DENTAL is a provider of manufacturing services to implant companies by the production of dental prosthetic products, CAD/CAM solutions, and dental implants. At the moment, UNIQA Dental is opening an online store to provide products directly to dentists and dental laboratories.
UNIQA DENTAL was established in 2016 and its products are manufactured in Israel using advanced
Equipment.
In our company we are doing all steps of products manufacturing: from strong and professional R& D team, Manufacturing department that includes mechanical millings CNC milling
machines to chemistry factory for implant surface. In the last 4 years, we`ve extremely developed our skills in CAD-CAM world and today provide solutions to implant companies and dentists in digital
direction by developing new products for scanning, scan abutments, digital analogs, libraries for ExoCad, 3 Shape, Dental Wings, Quality Control, and Certificates.
In UNIQA Dental the Quality is one of our main values - it reflects in our internal instructions and guidelines. Quality control is used in every step of our work: from setup on CNC machine, high frequent tests during the manufacturing, and the final test post manufacturer. After our control is done, the other independent team performs another very strict Quality test, and in any concern of quality issue the products back to production or rejected as a failure.
UNIQA Dental uses high accurate measurement equipment that guarantees us a true result. This equipment is performing periodically calibration tests to assure results integrity.
The implant surface is inspected in every step of production.
Spectrum analysis and XPS, SEM, Fatigue, sterilization, biocompatibility tests, and more. All of these we are doing in the most advanced laboratories in the world: NAMSA USA, Ben Gurion Ber Sheeva University, Technion in Haifa.
