5 דקות הליכה מהרכבת, תחנת מטרונית מחוץ לדלת, 2 מטבחים מדוגמים, וייפיי בכל הבניין, קפה תה, מכנות כביסה בתשלום, תנאים נוחים לעבודה ולימוד מהבית, גג גדול עם נוף לנמל. אוירה סבבה והכי חשוב אנשים סבבה .
מתאים ליחידים/זוגות ואפילו חברים שרוצים לחלוק חדר (לא משפחות או בעלי חיים).
1750-2500 לחודש. בלי מחוייבות, חודש בחודש.
אפשר להאריך כל חודש * לתקופות קצרות יותר התמחור שונה

עם כל הכאב חשוב להבהיר שזה לא הוסטל מהסוג שמקבל אוכלוסיות נזקקות, תשושי נפש, משוקמים, גמולים וכו.
ואם כבר החרגות אז גם לא מתאים למי שלא שוטפים את הכלים שלהם ומסוגלים לחיות בביחד.
