Returning to Singapore after two years has been such a heart warming experience. It was amazing to catch up after so long with old friends and colleagues.

Yesterday I met my dear friend Joanne, who I first met over a decade ago during a Pilates course. Since then, our paths have crossed in many ways, including working at the same studio. It’s incredible to see how much we’ve both grown and evolved over the years. Joanne runs her own studio here in Singapore, and I have my own in Israel.

Spending time together, reminiscing, and sharing our experiences as studio owners made me so grateful for the journey we’ve both been on. It’s moments like these that remind me how special the Pilates community truly is! ❤️
