What is Crossroads Chat?

Welcome to Crossroads Chat!

We are an online chat service for teens and young adults who are looking for help and support. You can send us a chat with whatever is on your mind--relationships, issues of safety, problems with family, friends, or school, mental and emotional health, and anything in between. Send us a message during business hours to set up a time to live-chat OR from 6:30 to 9:30 live-chat with us right away. Please note that chats sent during non-work hours (9:30pm-9am) will be responded to the following morning. Please drop us a line!

Visit us in person at our Moadon. The Moadon is open Sunday-Wednesday from 2:30-9:30pm and on Thursday from 2:30-6pm and 9:15-11:15pm. We hope to see you there!

Crossroads is a center for teen and young adult English speakers in Israel. We are a therapeutic community that serves young adults, including Israeli-born Anglos, English speaking Olim, and students in gap year learning and volunteer programs. We are staffed by social workers and mental health professionals. We provide free Individual Therapy, Crisis Intervention, GED classes, Employment Center, a chill space to hang out most afternoons and evenings in our Moadon, and Street Outreach in the Center of Town in Jerusalem. Crossroads Chat is the newest service at Crossroads Center, which provides free, online therapeutic support by message and live-chat.
