Across borders and time zones, NOAM madrichim are coming together to learn, share ideas, and help shape the next generation of leaders in Uganda

The NOAM Uganda Madrichim Training Program brings together madrichim and leaders from across NOAM Olami to support and train the next generation of madrichim in Uganda. The program includes a series of online sessions on leadership, Jewish identity, peulot, creativity activities, and more.

One of the latest sessions was led by madrichim from , focusing on leadership and what it means to lead by example. Thoughtful conversations, great energy, and meaningful connections made it a truly special experience.

And this is just the beginning. Upcoming sessions will also include leaders from NOAM Madrid, NOAM Israel, Marom, and more, continuing to strengthen the global NOAM family through shared learning and collaboration.

Pesach is all about asking questions and NOAMistim know how to do that best.

This year, celebrate with our global NOAM Pesach resource, “Why is this night different? Questions from NOAM Around the World.” Created for learning, discussion, and real connection, it’s perfect for your Seder, your peulot, or any community gathering.

Inspired by the Four Sons, meet four voices of today’s NOAM: the Sage, the Historian, the Scholar, and the Sociologist. Through their questions and ideas, discover new ways to explore freedom, identity, and the power of curiosity together.

With activities for your snif and perspectives from NOAMistim across the globe, this booklet helps turn questions into meaningful conversations and shared experiences.

That’s a wrap for Machanot Kaitz NOAM AmLat 2026!

This summer, NOAM Amlat came alive through learning, connection, and real shared experiences.

Across different machanot, our chanichim explored Jewish connections and strengthened their identity as Jewish, Latin American, and NOAMists.

In Chile, our machanot created powerful spaces to explore Jewish leadership (from Abraham and Sarah to Golda Meir and Ben Gurion) and to dive deep into the theme of Invisible Heroes Throughout History, through creative peulot, tefillot, Shabbatot, campfires, games, and meaningful moments of growth and leadership.

In Argentina, Majané Beiajad Elise brought together four communities for a week centered on resilience and choosing connection, combining learning, beach days, Shabbat, and shared experiences that highlighted the strength of being together.

Our Brazilian machane focused on identity — Jewish, Israeli, Brazilian, and NOAM — creating space for reflection, challenge, and pride, enriched by the presence of madrichim from Argentina, whose participation was powerful and enriching for everyone.

And in El Salvador, Majané Zehut 2026 returned to its roots, held in the same location as the community’s first machanot in the 1970s, with peulot, hikes, campfires, laughter, and renewed energy for the year ahead.

Different places, different stories, and one shared NOAM experience, full of learning, memories, and heart.

Across the past months, NOAM snifim across Europe came together for powerful, joyful, and deeply meaningful winter machanot, full of connection, learning, and shared NOAM spirit.

In the UK, chanichim from Shorashim to Nevatim came together with Noam Masorti Youth for cozy nights, mega kef, big questions, and even bigger dreams. The theme challenged everyone to think about who they are right now and who they want to become. Together, as a community.

In Spain, Machane Ofek, with participants from NOAM Madrid and NOAM Barcelona, dove into the idea of Freedom. Freedom of identity, belief, of being online and offline. Through peulot, honest conversations, music-filled Kabbalat Shabbat, and a meaningful Havdalah and gift exchange, chanichim and madrichim experienced Judaism as something alive, curious, and empowering.

In Ukraine, NOAM Ukraine machane was built with intention and heart. Chanichim didn’t just participate, they led. From explaining the tefillot during Shacharit to running masterclasses for one another, they shaped the experience themselves. Add dancing, games shared from other European snifim, and a calm, connected vibe, and the result was something truly special.

Different countries. Different languages. Different stories.
One movement shaping Jewish identity, leadership, and connection across borders.
