LinkedIn just changed the rules again (Feb 2026 Update). ๐จ
If youโve noticed your impressions tanking lately, itโs likely because of the new "๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ต ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ" ranking signal.
LinkedIn is now explicitly penalizing: โ External links (even more than before - roughly a 60% reach cut). โ "Bridge" behavior (trying to hide links in the first comment). โ Low-effort AI-generated comments.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐? The algorithm is looking for Dwell Time. It wants to see that people are actually reading, not just clicking "See More" and leaving.
