If you are new here hi! I am Magda.
Dancing has always been a powerful tool for me to express myself and connect with the present moment. Before my move to Israel, I spent over 15 years as a professional ballet dancer, both on stage and as a movement teacher.
Currently, in addition to my background in dance, I am also a certified yoga teacher and ILM practitioner. I find great joy in teaching others how to move their bodies. Based on my experience I am providing people with tools to cultivate a meaningful dialogue between their mind and body. You can meet me every Wednesday at or follow for more movement content.
