Nucleai is Leading the Spatial Biology Revolution in Precision Medicine Join Us in Biomarker Discovery!

04/11/2025

We’re pleased to announce results from our collaborative work with Bio-Techne and Lunaphore, featuring new data from the SECOMBIT clinical trial to be shared at he Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 2025 Annual Meeting.

The study demonstrates how Nucleai’s AI-powered multimodal platform, combined with Bio-Techne’s high-plex spatial biology technology, can identify predictive biomarkers in melanoma patients treated with immunotherapy and targeted therapies.

By integrating high-plex spatial proteomics with AI-driven multimodal analysis, the research translates complex tumor data into actionable insights for drug development and diagnostics.

We’re honored that this research was selected among the top 150 abstracts at this year’s meeting, underscoring the meaningful progress in applying spatial biology and AI to advance precision medicine.

We’re honored to be named one of the Top 10 Companies of 2025 by Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News for the third year in a row.

This year marks an especially meaningful milestone as we launched our first-of-its-kind deep learning model to automate the normalization of high-plex imaging data and showcased our OD-based quantitative biomarker scoring solution, advancing biomarker discovery for ADCs, bispecifics, and immunotherapies and making spatial biology more actionable for clinical and translational research.

A big thank-you to our team, partners, and collaborators driving innovation forward.
