This week, we launched a new cycle of the Incredibuild × Tohu Academy Shadowing Program

For the third year in a row, high-school students joined our teams to experience real high-tech work, sitting in meetings, shadowing engineers, and seeing what “day-to-day” in tech actually looks like.

Real impact isn’t only about accelerating development. It’s about opening doors, sharing context and experience, and helping more young people see themselves in this industry.

Proud to take part in Day Zero Founders Program- a remarkable initiative shaping the next generation of Israeli tech founders.

Together with other leading companies, we’ve had the chance to host inspiring sessions at our offices, connecting with founders who are redefining what’s possible in tech and entrepreneurship.
Our CEO, Shimon Hason, shared his personal journey- the real lessons from scaling globally, facing challenges head-on, and building with intent and resilience.

Today we had the privilege of being hosted at Tohu Academy at Mikveh Israel for a very special community day. We met the dedicated parents, educational staff, and the wonderful students we support through our high-tech program. In celebration of Tu Bishvat, it was inspiring to witness the incredible journey these students are on—a journey of growth, values, and excellence. Proud to be a part of their educational path, and excited for many more experiences together!

Today, on , we take a moment to celebrate the incredible women who have paved the way for all of us, and who work tirelessly for gender equality. We're proud to celebrate the amazing women at Incredibuild who lead us and inspire us. Let's keep moving forward in the quest for greater equality, and always driving for greater inclusion and diversity. Here are just some of the ways:
⭐ Our management team is 75% women, and overall our team is 39% women
⭐ We've published a series of children's books for young girls that follow Sophie, a young dreamer and entrepreneur
⭐ We're working to support education for young women in youth villages and underprivilaged areas.

We were so happy to participate in the Women in the World of Work conference at Herzog Law Firm's office! It was such a great event that brought together women in HR 💼 from companies across Israel, and was so educational.

We're proud to have had our own Neta Rubinstein represent Incredibuild with a fascinating talk about diversity and inclusion at Incredibuild, with a special focus on our Sophie books initiative!

We were also lucky to have attended the great workshop led by senior counsel at Google, Shirley Dloomy Mani, about equipping us with tools to challenge gender and societal norms around self-promotion. Shirley even got to meet Sophie.

What a great day, and thank you once more to the wonderful organizers of the event!

Sophie is still traveling all over the world! Today she was in , where Sisters of St. Joseph High School Student Noran Jayoussi translated Incredibuild's book Sophie's Crystal Ball into Arabic!
We had an amazing time with our VP of Ayelet Hammar, Noran and co. She read her translation, and helped spread the word about how and technology is for everyone, and the future is within reach for any child with a dream and some motivation to learn! Thanks again to the wonderful staff at Saint Joseph, and to Noran and her mother Basha'er Fahoum-Jayoussi for the incredible experience!
