Hi I am back with a SINK!

Lately I was not feeling inspired and having little real news to tell you. Because work sucked me in. Because the daily grind left me uninspired. Because moving the studio left me without water and a possibility to properly dye or print, and it was overflowing with materials.

And it was soul sucking.

I knew it was time to move, I looked, I went on trips with real estate agents. I saw everything from unlivable sheds to overpriced offices. And then it came…the right place in the right time. I (well, we, I could not do it without my crew) painted, we moved, we cleaned, we tossed, we had trips to IKEA and made 12 hour days for two weeks in a row.

Now it is a l m o s t finished. A please for research, a place to teach, proper storage, a lab, a kitchen with a large sink and electricity, shelves for dyes and mordants. I am so proud and so exhausted but I know it was the price to pay to move on to better things and doing what I love.
