Job offer - Helpdesk Technical Support – Tier 1 Engineer
LiveU is the leading provider of 3G/4G portable uplink solutions to the broadcast
and web video markets.
Responsibilities:
- Working in shifts, each shift is 8 hours, working days, evenings and nights.
- Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company's products and flows.
- Providing top of the line Support to the company's customers and partners.
- Responsibility for customer support cases coming from both emails and phone calls.
- Support our Sales Engineer on site as best advisor when needed.
- BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work
Knowledge and skills
- Experience – Advantage
- Excellent communication skills in: Hebrew, English, Russian (Mother tongue level) – Must
- Technical understanding and experience in Linux environment - Must
- Experience in technical support Tier 1 or 2 - Advantage
- Experience in video – Advantage
- Experience in Online streaming (CDN) – Advantage
- Experience in telecommunication – Advantage
- Experience in dynamic, fast paced, hi-tech environment – Advantage
- Cognitive and interpersonal skills
