ProMUNers

Hi everyone! My name is Nicole and I’ve been working at ProMUNers on and off since 2017, leading Model UN groups all over the country. This year I worked I led the Haifa Model UN group. I am also the Head of Academics of ProMUNers.
Leading a Model UN group is one of the most rewarding and fun jobs I could ever imagine. The team leader is responsible for forming the group, teaching the Model UN material, leading simulations, providing feedback to the students, and overall just making sure that they have the best possible learning experience. My personal experience has been super rewarding. I’ve had the honor of teaching students who told me that they would never feel confident enough to speak in public and see them grow and overcome their challenges. I am still in touch with many of the students I’ve taught and am proud to see them succeed in their fields.

שלום כולם! שמי ניקול ואני עובדת ב-ProMUNers מאז 2017, כמובילה קבוצות מודל של האו"ם בכל רחבי הארץ. השנה הובלתי את קבוצת מודל האו"ם בחיפה. אני גם ראש האקדמיה של ProMUNers.
הובלה של קבוצת מודל האו"ם היא אחת התפקידים הכי מתגמלים ומהנים שיכולתי לדמיין. מוביל קבוצה אחראי לגיבוש הקבוצה, ללמד את החומר של מודל האו"ם, להוביל סימולציות, לספק משוב לתלמידים, ובסך הכל לוודא שיש לתלמידים את חווית הלמידה הטובה ביותר האפשרית. הניסיון האישי שלי היה סופר מתגמל. היה לי הכבוד ללמד תלמידים שאמרו לי שהם לעולם לא ירגישו מספיק בטוחים לדבר מול קהל ולראות אותם מתגברים על האתגרים שלהם. אני עדיין בקשר עם רבים מהסטודנטים שלימדתי וגאה לראות אותם מצליחים בתחומם.
