Inner Dawn
Every day the sun rises and dawns, often without notice. And every day, you shed a layer of an old belief to make room for a new one. Sometimes, it is harder to let go of the person you used to be than the people you used to love.
Inevitably, you must face your own dawn to arrive where you belong.
I set aside my usual stretched, tight lines to embody this process. A circle doesn’t have to be “full” to convey movement; some shapes are a universal vocabulary that requires no explanation. Our eyes are organically trained to find balance, even in the absence of closure.

As my solo exhibition closed last week, I’m finally finding the time to share the remaining works from the collection. This piece is from Spring ’25—the beginning of the research beyond nature that eventually led to ‘Light Ripples’.

Shape research. Before any painting, I start by drawing, finding the right balance between shapes and movement.
The sketch part allows me to compose and see in monochrome if it can work. Then I need to think how to make it, Some mind carpentry and find materials to realize it.
The great thing about odd shaped canvas is that every time you have this impression of starting something new, that eventually it will push further the concept of Painting.
Until the next one.

My work is based on various studies about colors perceptions.

Lately, I used painting, installation, street art, and sculpture.

Each media allowed me to establish new relations with colors, space an people.

I want to create new values for each of them and also establish new relations and pursuit new theories about colors.
