Step 2: After onboarding, you will get access to my movement masterclass interview to understand more of the theory behind movement practice

Step 3: You will be guided through how to design your movement practice by combining elements like Spine work, Hanging work, Strength, Mobility, Locomotion, Balance, and Object Manipulation. We can pick your time availability and current level to customize it to your needs. Alternatively, you can view the movement library and add what you want to your current practice.

Step 4: You MOVE. And have the opportunity to ask any question to myself and my team or hop on our group Coaching Calls to speak directly with me live. Plus you can send in videos and we can break them down.

Step 5: CONNECT. We already are setting up meet ups across the globe. We have movers from 70+ countries already. Or connect virtually on our platform of course.
