Fill in your information and submit the form.

They will send you an email or SMS
Check your email or SMS to receive your verification number and enter the number you received on their website

Proceed to payment and hit submit.
In a few moments you will receive a “PIN Code” by email or SMS.

Step II: Sign the Petition

Enter your email and the “PIN Code” you just received to login

Submit the “Slate Code”: OTRZAKA

-Sign (electronically) and submit the petition.

You are done!
