In the heart of Mahane Yehuda Market, Eshkol 2 continues our work along Eshkol Street, next to Beit Magzimoff (Eshkol 4) , our neighboring preservation project.
Originally built in the 1930s, the structure is being carefully renewed while preserving its Jerusalem stonework, bold balconies, and historic courtyard character.
The new design integrates contemporary living into the vibrant fabric of the market, with 20 apartments, a spacious duplex, and a rooftop penthouse with a private pool and panoramic city views.
At street level, a cafe and open plaza create a natural connection between the building and the market.

Ono Center officially opens this week.
