New York just exposed the truth about the anti-Israel movement.
Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani demanded the release of a Palestinian activist detained by ICE after an anti-Israel protest. He framed it as “free speech.”
And still — it wasn’t radical enough.
Within Our Lifetime, one of the most extreme anti-Israel groups in NYC, attacked him anyway. Why? Because he reappointed the NYPD commissioner — someone they accuse of being “pro-Israel” and cooperating with federal authorities.
Let that sink in.
For the radicals, supporting anti-Israel protests is not enough.
They want the institutions dismantled.
They want confrontation — not governance.
This isn’t just about Israel.
It’s about how far the movement expects elected officials to go.
