Today, at the MWC in Barcelona, Google, Inc. has just announced its partnership with Servicefriend in its quest to spread Rich Communication Services (RCS) to the masses. Servicefriend will be making Google’s messaging protocol available to all its clients, and, thus, allowing millions of consumers a seamless
experience via their preferred communication channel.

At the MWC, Globe Telecom (Singtel Group), one of Servicefriend's clients, will be demonstrating the world's first implementation of the new protocol powered by the Servicefriend Hybrid AI technology. Globe Telecom will be allowing their subscribers to receive "Hybrid Concierge" services via the new protocol such as:
Airport lounge access
Travel planning and custom itineraries
Dining reservation and culinary experiences
Access to live events
Creative gifting services
Personal shopping
Fitness and lifestyle (spa, wellness and personal trainer)
Reminder service
