মাননীয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী প্রফেসর (ডাঃ) মানিক সাহা মহোদয়ের উদ্যোগে উদয়পুরে ৬০ আসন বিশিষ্ট ত্রিপুরা সরকারি আয়ুর্বেদিক মেডিকেল কলেজ ও হাসপাতাল স্থাপনের আবেদন ভারত সরকারের আয়ুষ মন্ত্রকের অধীনস্থ NCISM কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত হয়েছে।

২০২৬-২৭ শিক্ষাবর্ষ থেকে এই প্রতিষ্ঠান চালু হওয়ার ফলে রাজ্যে আয়ুর্বেদিক শিক্ষার প্রসার, স্বাস্থ্য পরিকাঠামোর উন্নয়ন এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য নতুন সুযোগের দ্বার উন্মোচিত হবে।

I am delighted to share that the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has accepted our application for the establishment of the Tripura Government Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital at Udaipur with an intake capacity of 60 seats from the academic session 2026–27.

My heartfelt gratitude and sincere thanks to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji for his visionary leadership and unwavering support in strengthening healthcare and medical education across the country. This landmark achievement will significantly enhance Ayurvedic education, promote traditional systems of medicine, and create new opportunities for aspiring students in Tripura while improving healthcare services for our people.
