Delhi Photo Walks

Fantastic evening
I booked last minute (I had unexpected spare time in Delhi) . Glad that I did. Spent a fantatstic late afternoon/ early evening being escorted round the backstreets, well away from the general tourist areas, of Old Delhi.

Jaidev (my guide) was wonderful. He took time to fully explain the best camera settings and the art of framing the picture.

Next time I am in Delhi I will plan ahead and will be booking another session with Delhi Photo Tours

A GREAT EXPERIENCE

When I arrived in Delhi, I called Delhi Photo Tour about taking a tour of the market. My guide was an excellent photographer who gave me suggestions on how to improve my shots and knew the best locations (where the light was right for that time of day and where to find interesting subjects or views). My photos were outstanding! I enjoyed that tour so much that I took several others.

Excellent street photography tour with great guide

There were four of us. We'd been to India a few times before (the first time before our guide had been born, but let's not worry about that) and wanted to do some street photography. Enter Raj and his assistant Ash. What a great day in the streets, lanes, tunnels, passageways and workshops of Old Delhi. Raj is both a knowledgeable guide and a good photography teacher: we ranged in photographic expertise from enthusiastic amateur to smartphone snapper and we all learned something.

Raj was great at pointing out subjects, advising on photography technique, smiling and chatting to the people in the street and persuading them to be very (in some cases extraordinarily) patient with us snapping away. He also kept us hydrated on a baking hot day with plenty of water, lassi and soft drinks. We had an excellent time and I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in the streets of Old Delhi. superb photo tour

I had a customized photo tour with Ashwani .. every mean of communication with them from start ro finish was prompt and seamless... very proffessional.. and the guide Ashwani was an amazing guy.. very knowledgeable and know what i wanted to do ... overall i highly recommend this company.. will surely boom with them in the future

Great introduction to Old Delhi

This was a great introduction to Old Delhi. I was picked up promptly at the agreed time and then spent the next several hours exploring the narrow and fascinating streets with my guide, Ash. He was interesting and helpful, showed me so many photo opportunities I would never have discovered on my own. As an older woman travelling alone, I felt quite safe at all times. I would do this tour again if I am back in Delhi.
