Create distance: Physically or emotionally distance yourself from the situation or person if needed. This can provide clarity and perspective.

Express yourself: Talk about your feelings with a trusted friend, family member, or therapist. Sometimes expressing your emotions can help you process and move forward.

Set boundaries: Establish clear boundaries to protect yourself from being hurt or pulled back into the situation you're trying to let go of.
