Grateful to share that my article “Layers of Passion & Spice” has been featured in Cackle 2026, the official magazine of the Institute of Hotel Management Hyderabad.
What began as a small dream in my 5th standard—cooking biryani in a simple kitchen—gradually turned into a passion and eventually became a part of my identity. This journey has taught me that success doesn’t come overnight; it is built with patience, consistency, and learning from failures.
A defining moment was launching Biryani Bytes during our college fest Little India – IHM Utsav. With the constant support of my friends and faculty, we received overwhelming appreciation and were honored with the Value for Money Award—twice. This recognition reinforced my belief that passion and perseverance always pay off.
From a curious schoolboy experimenting in the kitchen to running an award-winning food stall, this journey has been truly fulfilling.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to IHM Hyderabad, my mentors, faculty, and friends for their continuous guidance and support.
Looking forward to learning, growing, and creating more meaningful culinary experiences ahead.
