The journey of Aligarh Gas Service.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) traces its history back to 1928 along with the first few distributorship (Aligarh Gas Service) which was established in year 1985 in the city of Aligarh.
Established on 5th of June 1985 by Former chairman of IFFCO and Ex Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Late Mr. Ghanshyam Singh. The agency was given to Mr. Singh by Late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi (Former Prime Minister of India) under the Prime Minister Graduate Unemployment Scheme.
The distribution network is now solely owned and operated by Mrs. Pratima Singh with having a single distribution office located within the heart of the city along with a state of the art storage godown on the outskirts of the city.
